  • The problem is that the start of exploration, awareness of the problems is the key to cultivating innovative talents. This article through the psychological interpretation awareness of the problem, thinks that problem awareness is an important innovation and personnel training, tries to put the Training Strategy: Update educational concepts, to improve teaching methods; improved way of thinking, to improve the ability to critically; broaden the breadth of knowledge, solid basic knowledge; focus on the "history" On learning to improve knowledge of the process of exploring. And think that the culture of the creative talents of con-sciousness depends on whether teachers have the problem of consciousness and the art of teaching.
