  • ABSTRACT
  • The career planning education in university is one of the important condition of helping students becoming talent and employment after graduate. This paper analyzes the influence of the career planning education to college students employment and the personal background to the time length of career planning by using logistic and multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that the time length of career planning and whether or not to participate in the career planning competition influence on the probability ratio of em-ployment with unemployment significantly; female students think of career planning earlier than male stu-dents, and students from town and city also prepare their career planning earlier than students from rural.
