  • ABSTRACT
  • The complexity of large scale engineering project has brought huge challenges to traditional engineering organization. This paper proposed that constructing learning organizations is an effective way to improving the abilities of dealing with complex problems of large scale engineering organization. A conceptual model of learning organization system of large scale engineering project is given which could be a guide for future research of the studying mechanism of the large scale engineering organization.
