  • On the basis of research status and reality of constructing characteristic sport project, and with an integrative knowledge of common understanding, value, significance, functions and features of characteristic sports projects in colleges and universities, the thesis defines characteristic sport project in college and university, expounds its traits and further explores its influencing factors of developments. Guided by a scientific perception, it aims to establish a target (evaluation) system of characteristic sports projects construction in colleges and universities, which is grounded upon the existing characteristic sports projects construction.
