• Application of Data Mining Technology in Commercial Banks   [MASS 2012]

  • Data mining is a kind of technology that analyses massive data deeply by using the data warehouse of commercial banks. By transferring data information into useful knowledge, data mining technology is beneficial to commercial banks with making better and more effective business decisions. Based on the introduction of data mining technology and its main mining targets, this paper summarizes that CRM, risk management and fraud detection are the main application fields of data mining in the business of commercial banks, and then introduces its application in these research fields in detail.
