  • Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper makes a comprehensive valuation on the regional sustainable development of agriculture, and uses entropy method to evaluate sustainable agricultural development in Heilongjiang province. 14 indicators in population, society, economy, resource and environment system are selected. It uses entropy method to comprehensive evaluation of 12 cities as an example of sustainable agricultural development in Heilongjiang province. The results show that the better of the agricultural resources and environment the region has, the higher level of sustainable agricultural development is. But the level of sustainable agricultural development in resource-based city is the lowest.
