  • ABSTRACT
  • When conducting online sales and traditional retail sales at the same time, manufacturers must coordinate the logistics conflict between the multiple channels. Considering the consumer channel selection preference, this paper analyzes the dual channel supply chain system and builds inventory decision-making quantitative models. On this basis, the simulation for model is made by Matlab. The results indicate that as demand uncertainty increases, manufacturers and retailers will increase inventory and their profits will suffer a loss, while the increase of online channel preference rate will result manufacturers’ inventories increase and hurt the profits of retailers and supply chain.
