  • ABSTRACT
  • It is important for the supply chain to research knowledge management in it. The authors analyzed incentives mechanism of knowledge management in the agricultural supply chain. The price of agricultural product was based on its quality, including the quality of production process and the logistics transportation. All of those needed knowledge management. The conclusion shows that the agent pays his effort for knowledge management based on his incentive intensities.
