• The Library’s Human Resource Incentive Mechanisms Based the Theory of KPI   [MASS 2012]

  • The author analyzed the unsatisfactory situations of human resource incentive mechanisms in Chinese libraries, and pointed out some key factors, such as departmental characteristics, key performance indicators, punishment and rewards. Then he drew the conclusion that the library should start with the drafting of objectives and regulations, the selection of capable staff members, and the implementation of democratic management to build the good incentive mechanisms based on the theory of KPI.
