• Cross-cultural Communication Barriers among the Staff and Management Strategies in Overseas-funded Enterprise   [MASS 2012]

  • The management of the staff in overseas-funded enterprise is a severe challenge for every manager. Because of different personnel management system, different organization system and different supervision system, lot of troubles have emerged in these enterprises. In view of this, a sound overseas-funded enterprise should build up an effective system to promote the further healthy development, such as the language training, foreign knowledge acquirement, and the establishment of the enterprise culture. This paper is hoped to stimulate the development of the overseas-funded enterprise in China.
