• On the Relationship between Performance Management and Management Control   [MASS 2012]

  • Performance management and management control are important fields of management practice and academic research. This article attempts to clarify their relationship. It is argued that performance management and management control have reached the same goal by different means. Both performance management and management control can benefit from the interaction between them.
