  • The purpose of this paper is to study performance duties of managers. Combined with the present situation of enterprise management, the author carries out a study from the four aspects: performance coaching, incentives, training and management innovation, and then puts forward the performance duties of managers: research work, care for employees, effective training, and innovate management system. Hoping to stimulate the readers' thinking and promote the research on the performance duties of managers.
