ABSTRACT
Like other ordinary colleges,Shandongpolytechnic university also exist the phenomenon of students’ lacking learning motivation. From students' personal, school and society aspects, the author analyzes the reasons of this phenomenon, andcombinesthe construction of learning atmosphere of Shandong polytechnic university,putsforward methods and measures to further improve college students' motivation mechanism.
