  • ABSTRACT
  • After the implementation of the National Health Insurance, Taiwan’s medical industries had entered a new era high competition. Therefore, the medical organizations started to use and introduce the idea of customer relationship into their management concept to improve the standard and quality of their medical services to the public. In this study, it combined the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) with the measurement model of Medical Service Quality to find out the key factors to influencing medical industry, and the results showed that physicians’ professional experience and patients’ clinical improvement are the most important ones.
