  • This paper introduces the current situation of financial fraud during recent years, focusing on the typical and new cases related with the internet financial fraud that occurred in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The paper has made deep researches of the factors of frauds which are typical and gen-eral. It proposes solutions in terms of electronic trading system, the customer individual cogni-tive-behavioral, laws, regulations and the network platform security.
