ABSTRACT
The virtual coupling platform is a new innovative service organization. It has a variety of business needs, such as feature set, customer service, efficiency improvement, and media innovation. Moreover, it is also able to provide mechanism coupling scheme oriented for task, users, workflow and virtual trade. By establishing the service environment fitting the above, the virtual coupling platform is important in the positive aspect of exerting its functional advantages and innovative platform.
