  • MNCs are increasingly outsourcing parts of their value chains, in order to increase their efficiency and competitiveness and avail of the lowest worldwide cost options. With the rapid growth of service outsourcing enterprises, China has become one of the important countries of MNCs service outsourcing. But among the outsourcing enterprises, the trend of strategic convergence or lower-level formatting is becoming increasingly serious. This paper states the global reconstruction law of MNCs value chain, countermeasures for Chinese government and enterprises to undertake MNCs service outsourcing.
