  • ABSTRACT
  • Taking Shouguang city as an example, this article analyzes rural financial innovation and its effects at the county- level. Through the innovation of rural financial institutions and innovations of credit products, it is feasible at county-level to establish a sustainable rural financial system. Such a system consists of commercial financial institutions, agricultural insurance institutions, guarantees companies, and other financial institutions. It can effectively promote the county's economic growth and increase farmers' income.
