  • ABSTRACT
  • Small loan companies can solve the financing difficulties of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and three rural issues effectively, and other illegal financing problems like "underground bank" as well. Through the research, this paper finds three major problems on developing small loan companies: poor living environment, financing difficulties and high credit risk. Meanwhile, to solve these problems the fundamental measures are improving their living environment, enlarging financing channels and reducing the systemic risks.
