  • Under the influence of economy globalization, corporation social responsibility is spreading fast all over the world. In the economy developing process of our country, due to the self-interest and market competition, a lot of corporations are disobeying the code of conduct and are damaging seriously the public interest. From the connotation of the corporation social responsibility, this paper analyses the reasons leading to the miss of the corporation social responsibility for the corporations in our country. From the concrete condition of our country, this paper is aimed to put forward the roles of government in promoting the development of corporation social responsibility.
