  • ABSTRACT
  • Service innovation is the core force of the commercial banks to deal with the current fierce competition and to realize sustainable development. The fate of commercial banks is up to their service innovation capability. This paper sets a capability evaluation index system of service innovation for commercial banks. And then, using AHP method, we completed the establishment of the service innovation capability evaluation model. Based on this model, we have finished service innovation capability evaluation of four state-owned commercial banks of our country. Finally, the relevant policy recommendations of improving the service innovation capability of state-owned commercial banks were put forward.
