ABSTRACT
Compared with traditional money, the issue and use of electronic money will be confronted with the more risks. The paper cites a variety of risks in the course of the issue and use of electronic money, analyses the indexes and methods identifying the risks of electronic money, puts forward the measures of managing and controlling of the risks of electronic money.
